1 General

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users of the bji99 platform ("Site") and bji99. By accessing the site, browsing any page, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

bji99 is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, lucky bingo, and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms have been written in English and we expect you to fully understand them before you start using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Use

2.1 Opening an Account

To enjoy services on bji99, you must open a personal account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If false information is provided, bji99 reserves the right to cancel the account and withhold any deposited funds.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Password Security

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Never share your login credentials with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the bji99 support team immediately. Using a third party's account or allowing others to use your account is not permitted.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bji99 may request necessary documents from users for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Refusal to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3 Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use bji99's services. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. By opening an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

bji99 takes a firm stance against underage gambling. We reserve the full right to request any documents for age verification, and accounts will be closed immediately in cases of suspicion.

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to provide a valid form of identification.
• Must have an active mobile banking account registered in their own name.
• Users from regions where online betting is prohibited may not use this service.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on bji99 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposited funds are generally added to the account promptly.

You must only use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not acceptable and such transactions may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests are processed after review. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.3 Transaction Liability

bji99 will not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by payment service providers. The user bears full responsibility for any losses resulting from transactions made with incorrect information.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, applied to the bonus amount only. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing any earnings from that bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer can only be claimed once per individual, household, or IP address.
• bji99 may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion without notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be investigated.
• Bonus funds are not transferable between users.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final. If a bet is incomplete due to a server error or connection loss, bji99 will review the server logs and make a final decision. This decision is final and binding.

6.2 Cancelled Bets

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or suspended indefinitely, the associated bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. bji99 reserves the right to cancel any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting

bji99 offers betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, FIFA, and other international sports events. Specific rules apply to each event. In any disputed situation, the decision of bji99 management is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus abuse.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated method.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Colluding or conspiring with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Falsely impersonating a bji99 employee or representative.
• Unauthorised collection, copying, or distribution of any part of the site.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 bji99's Rights

bji99 may temporarily or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to provide documents.
• Providing false information regarding age.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time. Contact the bji99 support team. Before closure, all outstanding bets will be settled and any legitimate funds will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

The bji99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We always strive to ensure uninterrupted service, however we are not liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet connection disruption.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment services.
• Technical errors, server downtime, or cyberattacks.
• Service disruption resulting from government directives or changes in law.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or theft of their information.

Our total liability will in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question. Please note that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and you are knowingly accepting that risk.
